As a licensed General Contractor with the City of Augusta Housing & Community Development, Pablo brings 25+ years of leadership experience spanning S&P 500 firms, private equity, and mergers & acquisitions—including roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, American Tower Corp, and Generational Equity. His expertise in construction operations, compliance, and business development is grounded in a mission to uplift Augusta’s economic future through impactful projects and community-first partnerships.
Carmella White, Chief of Staff & Head of Design
Carmella White is a seasoned builder, leader, and advocate for equitable development. A graduate of Savannah State University, with over 30 years of experience across human resources, nonprofit leadership, and government operations, she ensures BRIGHT10’s projects run efficiently and with purpose. As Chief of Staff, Carmella manages operations, team alignment, and subcontractor partnerships. As Head of Design, she brings a client-centered approach to transforming homes into intentional, functional spaces.
